Lead times may vary by decoration technique. Consult the complete list of available decoration options for individual details here. Standard delays are as follows:

Non-decorated orders: items ordered before 3 p.m. EST are shipped the same day (excluding US destinations – next day).
Domestic decoration orders: 5 business days upon confirmed written order and sample approval (excluding pewter orders – 10-15 business days).

Overseas custom decoration orders: 9 weeks by ocean upon confirmed written order and sample approval.

Decorate selected product either domestically with the experienced in-house decorating department or send it overseas for ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES. Once your sample is finalized and quality control approved, it will be shipped to you*. Impress customers with a sample in hand and leave nothing to the imagination. With a dedicated team at your service, the FW Custom Overseas Program is built to seamlessly transition from development to sampling to production, perfect for those looking for creativity, flexibility, quality driven product and most important – on time delivery for any event.

The minimum order for overseas custom production is 432 pieces. 576 pieces "split" minimum quantities are available for 288 pieces each same logo/ different colors.
